Please note, that another conference (meeting of the Polish Society of Experimental Plant Biology)  will take place in Faculty of Biology, 9-12.09.2025. Pay attention to the signs/visual identification around the campus to get to the right one.

 

For presenters

Talks

Talks are 15min+ 5 min for discussion. If you use Apple computers, please bring your own adapter to connect the HDMI cable.

Posters

Poster session will be Tuesday evening. The poster stands can accommodate up to A0 format, vertically-oriented.

 

Getting there

Public transport

• Campus Ochota is served by bus lines 175 (Airport to the city centre via Central Railway Station), 128 from the city centre, 188 from thE airport. Bus stop is called “Banacha-Szpital”.
• Single tickets (20 or 75 min) may be purchased in an application (moBilet, jakdojade.pl) or from a vending machine at the bus/tram.
• You may consider a 3-day ticket (valid for 72 hours from first validation)

Car 

• Generally we do not recommend travelling by car to the campus.
• Paid city parking is available along Pasteura Street. Miecznikowa Street is closed for private vehicle parking.
• There will be no access for private cars to the University parking area

 

 

Accommodation

The conference does not provide accommodation. There are plenty of hotels and hostels around Warsaw.

Alternatively, you may book a hotel in the centre and commute by bus. Time to reach the Campus:

• 15 min ride by bus 128 or 175 from the Central Station
• 25 min ride by bus 128 or 175 from the Old Town.
• 20 min ride from the Airport.
